Need help with your personal directive?

You can get help to create your personal directive. The Navigator will help you with form-filling using the your own words and own decisions.

A free program called Seniors’ Legal Info Navigators puts you in touch with someone who can help you use the app. A Navigator will help you find information and other services you may need. They will protect any information you give them and keep it confidential.

The Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia (LISNS) offers the Personal Directive App service free. It also offers other legal information free. You can visit its website or call 902-455-3135 (Halifax Region) or 1-800-665-9779 (toll-free).
